EPOCH builds lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries for marine, RV and off-grid use, with a range that covers everything from a 12V battery for electronics to large 12V, 24V and 48V batteries for house banks. EPOCH lithium batteries pair high usable capacity with features boaters value: Bluetooth monitoring, internal heating on many models for cold-weather charging, and water- and dust-resistant cases on select models.
The EPOCH collection here includes several lines. The Essential Series and Eco Series are 12V, 24V and 36V batteries for trolling motors and house loads. The Elite Series V2 and V2-T are high-capacity batteries for large house banks. The Pro Series includes 24V trolling batteries and 12V dual-purpose cranking and deep-cycle batteries. EPOCH also makes lithium chargers from 12V to 48V, multi-bank marine chargers, combination 12V/36V onboard chargers and DC-DC “charge on the run” chargers, plus model-specific battery trays, mounting brackets, a power distribution block and a communications hub.

Navigating the EPOCH lithium batteries lineup
Trolling motors
EPOCH offers 12V batteries for 12V motors, and native 24V and 36V batteries that power 24V and 36V trolling motors from one case. Starting and dual purpose
EPOCH’s dual-purpose models combine cranking capability with deep-cycle capacity, so one battery can start the engine and run electronics. House banks

Can EPOCH batteries charge below freezing?
Models with internal heating are designed to warm the cells before charging in the cold. The product page notes which models have it.
Do I need a DC-DC charger?
If you charge lithium from an engine alternator, a DC-DC charger is often recommended to protect the alternator and control charging.
