Warranty
Every battery and charger we sell is covered by its own manufacturer’s warranty. The length and terms vary by brand and model, and the manufacturer’s terms are the ones that apply. Check the product page and the manufacturer’s warranty terms before you buy, and keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Making a warranty claim
- Start with a return request and choose “Warranty claim”. Include your order number, the battery’s serial number if it has one, what’s happening, and photos or a short video.
- We help you through the manufacturer’s claim process. Some brands handle claims directly; in that case we’ll tell you exactly who to contact and what they need.
- Please don’t send a battery back until you have instructions. Batteries are regulated, so returns go by approved freight, which we arrange.
What warranties usually don’t cover
Manufacturer warranties generally don’t cover damage from incorrect installation, wiring or charging, physical damage, or normal wear. The manufacturer’s own terms decide each claim.
