Shipping Policy
We ship marine batteries, chargers and accessories to addresses in the United States. Your shipping options and the exact cost show in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Shipping at a glance
- Lithium batteries over $150: free truck freight to the lower 48 states.
- Chargers, accessories and lithium batteries $150 or less: free when your cart subtotal is $150 or more. Below $150, shipping is a flat $14.95 per order.
- Lead-acid and AGM batteries (Interstate and Trojan): free truck freight to the lower 48 states, the same as lithium.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses: no automatic rates. Choose “Request a freight quote (we’ll call)” and we call you with a quote before we charge any shipping.
Free truck freight on lithium batteries
Every lithium battery over $150 ships free by curbside truck freight to the lower 48 (the contiguous United States). The carrier calls the delivery phone number you give at checkout to schedule a delivery window. An adult needs to be there to inspect the shipment and sign for it. Curbside means the driver brings it to the end of the truck at your curb or driveway. Inside delivery or hard-to-reach sites (such as marinas with restricted access) may cost extra.
Chargers, accessories and smaller batteries
Chargers, accessories and lithium batteries of $150 or less ship free when your cart subtotal is $150 or more. Below $150, shipping is a flat $14.95 per order, however many items are in the cart. If your order also includes a lithium battery that ships free by freight, the smaller items ship free with it.
Free truck freight on lead-acid and AGM batteries
Flooded lead-acid and AGM batteries ship free by curbside truck freight to the lower 48, the same way as lithium: the carrier calls to schedule, and an adult signs after inspecting the shipment. Parts in the same order ship free with them.
Core charge on lead-acid batteries
Each lead-acid or AGM battery adds an $18 core charge at checkout ($18 for every battery in a set). Lithium batteries, chargers and accessories don’t have one. The core charge is refunded when we receive your old lead-acid battery. It is waived when you book our installation, because the installer takes the old batteries away.
Information we ask for at checkout
- Delivery phone (required): the carrier calls this number to schedule delivery.
- Is this a residential address? and Is there a forklift or loading dock? These help us book the right freight service.
Inspect before you sign
Please check every freight delivery before you sign. If a box or pallet is damaged, write the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and report it to us with the photos within 48 hours of delivery. See our Refund and Returns policy for damaged, missing or wrong items.
